XBoy Osso Dimensional
A transparent XBoy with its skeleton inside, glowing in the dark
Osso started in SoftwareBoy's Tokyo studio in 2025 as an experiment: XBoy, his character, printed as a clear shell with a skeleton suspended inside, so the body becomes a window onto the bones. The first pieces were purple.
The Dimensional edition takes the same idea into industrial production. The shell is printed in transparent resin and polished until it is extra clear; the skeleton is then filled with glow-in-the-dark pigments and Pantone-matched epoxy resin, so it glows through the body when the lights go off.
Each figure comes in an engraved wooden box with the XBoy artwork. Designed by SoftwareBoy, produced by Studio Software.
